We currently offer delivery across most of Greater London. Delivery charges start from £5.95 and may vary depending on your postcode and the delivery timeframe. Specific charges will be calculated at checkout.

For standard bouquets, we recommend 24-48 hours notice to ensure we can source the freshest blooms. For large events, weddings, or custom orders, we advise getting in touch at least 4-6 weeks in advance.

Absolutely. During the checkout process, you will be able to add a complimentary personalised message card. We will handwrite your message and include it with your floral delivery.

As our products are perishable, we cannot accept returns of floral arrangements. However, we are committed to your complete satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt, and we will do our very best to resolve the issue.

Upon receipt, recut the stems at an angle and place them in a clean vase with fresh water and the provided flower food. Keep them away from direct sunlight, drafts, and fruit. Refresh the water every two days and re-trim the stems for longevity.
